Dr. Horn is a research professor in the Fralin Biomedical Research Institute and the Department of Population Health Sciences in the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine. Arriving from George Washington University where she was the research dean in the School of Public Health, Dr. Horn is a nationally recognized leader in her field.
