George M. S. Rêgo, DVM

I am a veterinarian from Brazil and recently completed my Ph.D. in Animal Sciences at the University of Brasilia (UnB). My professional interests include clinical pathology, diagnostic medicine, and infectious diseases of domestic and wild animals.

Outside of veterinary medicine, I enjoy spending time in nature, hiking, and exploring new places. I look forward to meeting my colleagues, learning from the Virginia Tech community, and beginning this new chapter of my professional journey.
