Caitlin exemplifies the spirit of teamwork and dedication that makes our clinic thrive. She is always willing to lend a hand to colleagues at any moment, helping the team work seamlessly together. Her passion for patient care shines through in every interaction—whether she’s spoiling our patients during their visits or going the extra mile to answer their questions over the phone. She TRULY LOVES our special patients. Beyond her daily contributions, Caitlin stepped into a new role on short notice with enthusiasm and confidence, demonstrating her adaptability and leadership. As she helps guide the ACCRC into a bright new year, Caitlin’s commitment, positivity, and initiative make her an outstanding choice for Employee of the Month.

 

Nomination 2:

I am excited recommend Caitlin Tran for Staff Member of the Month in recognition of her outstanding dedication and positive impact on the ACCRC team. Caitlin is someone we can always rely on, no matter the role or challenge. From her work as a veterinary assistant, to managing our inventory, and now stepping into a more administrative role for the hospital, she consistently goes above and beyond to support both the team and our operations.

Caitlin has a welcoming and calming presence with clients, helping them feel at ease and confident in the care their pets are receiving. She demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, which is essential in her inventory and fiscal responsibilities and also shines through in the thoughtful way she manages staff birthdays and celebrations.

Caitlin’s willingness to help in any area reflects her strong work ethic and commitment to ACCRC. She ensures we always have everything we need to provide excellent care, all while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude. Beyond her reliability and skill set, Caitlin brings laughter and positivity into the workplace, making even the busiest days more enjoyable.
