Kelly goes above and beyond every day, helping to keep stores running smoothly under Karolee’s guidance. She is always happy to help, presents a positive attitude, and is lends an ear and a kind word when a staff member needs to voice their thoughts. Through her ongoing efforts, morale and staff performance is high.

Nomination 2:

  1. Kelly goes above and beyond every day helping ensure stores runs smoothly and efficiently, which is critical in her position.

  2. Kelly consistency presents a positive attitude and is incredibly approachable – she faces multiple populations of the College and she never complains. Kelly and her team are in the office, in-person M-F as well as certain holidays, without complaint.

  3. Kelly’s approach is “how can I help” which is a true reflection of Ut Prosim and the CVM/Virginia Tech is fortunate to have her.
