Erin Conduff

Executive Assistant, Office of the Dean

Nominations

Nomination 1:

Erin Conduff consistently demonstrates exceptional professionalism, initiative, and dedication in her role as Executive Assistant in the Office of the Dean. Her outstanding organization of the recent CVM Dossier Preparation Workshop exemplified her ability to coordinate a complex project that directly benefited faculty across the college. Beyond this event, Erin's ongoing commitment, responsiveness, and attention to detail make her an invaluable resource. I appreciate her genuine commitment to supporting the CVM community.

Nomination 2:

Erin is an invaluable asset to the College. Her kindness and extensive knowledge make her an excellent resource for faculty working on committees. Her organization of the promotion and tenure workshop was particularly helpful in clarifying the process and providing reassurance to the faculty undergoing this stressful time.

Nomination 3:

Grateful for Erin’s initiative in planning, coordinating, and presenting the information needed for successful Dossier preparation (Dossier Preparation Workshop – June 24, 2026). This exercise can feel formidable and there are some unique facets of DVM program delivery that make completion of the University’s template less straightforward. It was very helpful to have a designated session seeking to clarify the requirements, the do’s/don’ts, identifying resource personnel, and showing where additional information can be found. Erin was also very prompt in providing the presentation contents and the recording of the session, to serve as a reference post-workshop. Grateful for her efforts, not only for this workshop, but for her overall responsiveness, administrative support and willingness to assist whenever needed. Thank you, Erin!

Nomination 4:

Erin is always so helpful and I absolutely love working with her. This was my second time attending the Tenure workshop and both times I have been so thankful that she sets this up. In addition to her own knowledge, which is extensive, she helps the faculty feel supported and provides an opportunity to ask questions that otherwise we would not have. She absolutely deserves staff member of the month!!!

It is really great to know that she is there to help and I think she is an excellent representative for the college and the Dean’s office.

(Not to mention how much she always helps the faculty with FAEC and other events.)

Nomination 5:

I wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation for Erin Conduff and the outstanding support she provides to both the college and the university.

Through my work in Faculty Affairs, I collaborate with colleagues across all of the colleges, and Erin is someone I know I can always count on. Her work supporting the college's promotion and tenure process is consistently thorough, accurate, and timely. She also does an excellent job leading your college's annual Dossier Prep Workshop, sharing her expertise and helping faculty better understand expectations, prepare strong dossiers, and successfully navigate the process.

In addition, Erin coordinates the submission of important faculty personnel actions that require Board of Visitors approval, including emeritus and endowed appointments. These processes require a high degree of accuracy and coordination, and she consistently ensures that materials are complete, well-organized, and submitted in a timely manner.

I think that one of Erin’s greatest strengths is her proactive, can-do approach. When she began her role just a few years ago, she quickly picked up the promotion and tenure process and consistently ensured your college’s materials are carefully prepared, reviewed, and ready for submission to our office.

Just as importantly, Erin is always pleasant to work with. Her positive attitude, expertise, and commitment to excellence make her a valued colleague and she is a tremendous asset to your college.

I wanted to share this feedback because the impact of Erin’s work extends well beyond the college, and I greatly appreciate all she does, especially the way her work consistently makes my job easier.
