Michelle has been an outstanding research staff member and has been invaluable in coordination in the operations of the newly created Collaborative Multidisciplinary Research Laboratory (CMRL).

She has exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, which was evident when she worked with multiple faculty members across departments to organize the laboratory moves, set up labs, and implement the operational rules for efficient working in a collaborative environment. She is prompt in timely responses and ordering supplies for multiple faculty.

Overall, she is a glue that holds together faculty and students to work in a collaborative fashion.
