Makenzlie Taylor

Makenzlie Taylor has been an outstanding staff member. Even though she is a relatively new employee at the Sterilization and Laboratory Services lab (previously known as “Glassware”), her performance has been exemplary. Shortly after she joined the position, she became the sole technician who managed the sterilization services of four labs (with some help from a couple of wage students). She is a quick learner and multitasks well without complaints. Her positive attributes are many, which she brings to the job place. She has very pleasant interpersonal skills and deals exceptionally well with “clients” – faculty, staff, and students. This has been validated by positive feedback from “clients.” She is adept at running autoclaves, sterilizers, and lab support services. Makenzlie is highly proficient in the operations of the labs, keeps well-maintained labs with lab supplies, is an excellent trainer, and organizes the duties of lab personnel. She does a lot for the college with a smile, and “can do” attitude. She is an asset to RGS and the college.
