Courtney is extraordinarily talented in what she does. She is kind, respectful, smart, organized, trustworthy and all in all amazing. She has transformed the way our department approaches research and has facilitated so much all processes for faculty that the research productivity has increased significantly.

Courtney exhibits a high level of competency in all aspects of her position including being an excellent veterinary technician and a highly organized and proficient research support personnel. Courtney is extremely motivated, always strives to do her best job possible, and it is my pleasure and privilege to work with her. 

She is very efficient and diligent, always on top of things and organized. Works very hard and always manages to balance the faculty needs as much as she can. Sometimes she goes above and beyond in resolving faculty problems even though they are not hers to deal with. She is very compassionate, fast learner and gets things done for all faculty.
