Teresa has been an employee of the college for 20 years and has worked in several different roles/jobs. This has given her great perspective; she has built on the knowledge gained over that period. In her current role, she is very results oriented, always looking to solve a problem and always keeping the goal of patient care, client service, and efficiency for staff at the forefront of her decision making. She has a great understanding of clinical operations and is very good at weighing pros and cons of every option when presenting ideas. She has grown into one of our resident ezyVet experts and provides exceptional support and training to faculty and staff at the ACCRC and EMC. She is an integral part of the ezyVet implementation team for the VTH and is focused on achieving major goals with regard to ezyVet in the VTH in 2023. I enjoy working with Teresa and appreciate all she does on a daily basis to support clinical operations within the college.
