She doesn't just manage this digital ecosystem—she makes it thrive, turning what could be overwhelming confusion into seamless communication that connects our entire college community.

What makes Amy truly stand out isn't just her technical expertise—it's her warm personality and genuine commitment to our college's mission. She troubleshoots problems proactively, helps integrate new team members, and still finds time to serve on the VMCVM Wellness Committee, demonstrating that her dedication extends well beyond her job description.

Her hand-crafted weekly Dean's email exemplifies her attention to detail and responsiveness, as she thoughtfully customizes each edition to address the specific requests and needs of various departments. Week after week, without fail, Amy delivers this crucial communication tool that keeps our college informed and connected.

She doesn't seek the spotlight, but her behind-the-scenes efforts support everything from our donor relationships through the VTH Grateful Client program to the 150+ stories our communications team produces annually. Amy represents the heart of what makes our college so special.
