Nomination

We are pleased to nominate Maci Raybuck for the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine Dean’s Staff Member of the Month Award.

The VTH Ophthalmology service is a high-demand unit that supports both small and large animal hospitals. A technician in this role takes on significant responsibilities, including assisting with examinations and diagnostic procedures, submitting specimens for analysis, and working closely with students, residents, referring veterinarians, and clients.

Maci excels in all these areas. Her outstanding communication and coordination skills contribute greatly to the smooth operation of our service. She consistently delivers high-quality care to our patients, and her proactive, can-do attitude truly sets her apart. Maci is always looking for ways to improve workflow and efficiency, and she approaches every task with both speed and precision.

In addition, Maci brings positivity and warmth to the workplace - her upbeat attitude and constant smile make even the busiest days feel more manageable. We’re incredibly grateful to have her as a part of our team.
