Wellness Fair

This event is open to all students, faculty, and staff members in the CVM community. We will have different centers for the 8 Dimensions of Wellness, along with activities, treats, and time to connect with each other. Pop over in between classes or on your break!
Important event information:
- Sign up to volunteer here!
- Plant Swap- bring a cutting, take a cutting. This is a chance to share your propagations, herbs, veggies, and other plants.
- If you have a book you would like to share for Blind Date with a Book, please drop them off prior to the event to either Jasmine Bryant or Augusta O'Reilly.
- Add your favorite relaxing songs to our relax playlist

Stations/Activities
We will have stations for the 8 dimensions of wellness. Each station will have activities and college/university resources. Make sure to stop by the registration table to collect your Passport to Wellness. If you collect stamps from each station, you will be entered into our raffle to win prizes!
Occupational Wellness
Achieving a balanced life between work and your personal life in a way that promotes personal and professional growth.

Environmental Wellness
Taking care of your global environment and your personal surroundings.
