Wellness Fair

Passport to Wellness (VMCVM Wellness Fair is Sept 10 from 11am to 2 pm.

This event is open to all students, faculty, and staff members in the CVM community. We will have different centers for the 8 Dimensions of Wellness, along with activities, treats, and time to connect with each other. Pop over in between classes or on your break!

Stations/Activities

We will have stations for the 8 dimensions of wellness. Each station will have activities and college/university resources. Make sure to stop by the registration table to collect your Passport to Wellness. If you collect stamps from each station, you will be entered into our raffle to win prizes!

Activities:

  • Plant Swap- bring a cutting, take a cutting. This is a chance to share your propagations, herbs, veggies, and other plants. 
  • Take some time outside for lunch.
